After a (too long) break I upgraded my PowerShell+ to the latest version that was released today ( http://www.idera.com/Products/PowerShell/ ) .
I was not impressed about the registration process, but after circumventing it and the slow download, I started to be impressed much more ..
after a Smooth installation and entering my licence key, PowerShell+ did start up and I started to be Impressed
as you can see in the Green Banner, PS+ starts initializing the tabcompletion in the background on first start, very cool, the interface a bit to busy for my taste, but that was solved very quickly ,
You don't have to wait to get the functionality I build for PowerTab for V2 ( PowerTab V2 Examples ) , as it is included already in the new PS+ tabcompletion and much, much more ,
And much more is added in the Tabcompletion and it is much faster now, you can still use PowerTab but there is much less use, hence it is not installed by default anymore.
Another thing very valuable for me is that I can turn of Auto Case now as it messes up my SVN at work, it is still on by default but you can turn it off.
searching WMI classes and auto generated WMI help in the learning center (like in my PowerShell WMI Explorer ) a full explorer interface is announced for a next version.
I nice clean interface and I found a lot of cool stuff in this first look ,I have still much more to try as the debugging etc. as I just started it up.So
back exploring PS+ again , ... more might follow
